When should I contact you about a lost order?

UK Customers should contact us after 7 working days, and the rest of the world 24 days after dispatch.

Orders should be received within the timescales stated above following diaptch - please be aware that CV19 restrictions can cauase further delays, we have seen royal mail delaying parcels by up to 5 additional days during pandemic times. We ask you to wait this time before contacting us.
