The Gorilla will do everything but swing from a vine to get your cannabis seeds out our door and on their way to yours as fast as possible. Nearly all shipments are dispatched within 48 business hours of receiving payment, but there's a high probability your package will go out the same day if you place your order & pay before 12:30 pm UK time.
UK customers receive their package in 1 to 5 days on average. International orders ship just as fast, but delivery is dependent on your local customs department - not even The Gorilla can make those dudes go faster!
Note that cannabis seeds, especially popular ones, can go in & out of stock rapidly, and we don't reserve seeds until payment is received. Most of the time, if what we have on hand is gone, we can get more overnighted in from the breeder. but some take a few days to arrive. If the time required to receive & process your payment isn't in your favour, we will send you an email that gives you the option of choosing a replacement seed or getting a refund during the fulfillment phase of the order process. When Will My Package Arrive?
The Gorilla understands that you'll be chomping at the bit once your order is placed, but some things are outside of his control. International customs, unfortunately, is one of those things. We dispatch our cannabis seeds as fast as we can (almost always within a day or two), but your location will determine how long it takes them to reach their destination.
While no one can say how long any country's customs will drag their feet, this list will give you a general idea of how long you'll have to wait:
- United Kindom - 1 to 5 Business Days (do not count weekends or bank holidays)
- Europe - 5 to 20 Business Days (do not count weekends or bank holidays)
- Everywhere Else - 5 to 25 Business Days (do not count weekends or bank holidays
All of our shipments are dispatched using trackable Royal Mail. Once you receive a tracking number from our shipping department (don't forget to check your spam or junk email), you can see where your package is using Royal Mail's website or, in some cases, your own postal system. Don't be concerned if progress grinds to a halt once it reaches your border - clearing customs normally takes more time than anything else.
The Gorilla team always enjoys hearing from our customers, but please refrain from asking about your shipment until the appropriate amount of time has passed. There's nothing we can do to help before that point unless you have a fleet of long-distance drones or a spare transporter beam (gratuitous Star Trek reference) to send our way. ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE Traceable SERVICE
Gorilla Seeds ships all orders, even international shipments, via Royal Mail. You'll get a tracking number when we dispatch your order that you can use on our site or Royal Mail's system so that you can watch your package as it moves from the UK to your home country.
Within a day or two, Royal Mail will pass your package to your country's customs department where it can sit anywhere from a few days to a few weeks before they hand it off to your local postal system.
If your order is destined for Europe, you'll receive your cannabis seeds in a few days. It takes 25 days on average to reach other parts of the world including the Americas, but may take longer during holiday seasons & other peak mail times.

Don't forget to watch your email for your shipping notice. It will include your tracking number so that you can monitor your package's progress. In many cases, you'll have your discreetly packaged mailer before you have a chance to look!

In the rare event that we have a problem with your shipment and can't dispatch the order on schedule, you'll receive a phone call directly from The Gorilla! If we can't reach you by phone, we'll send you an email to explain the situation including details about any delay or other issue!
