What should I do if my card payment fails?

If your card payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry — it’s usually just your bank blocking international transactions by default.

Contact your bank and ask them to enable international purchases on your card. You don’t need to explain what you’re buying or where from — just request that they open your card for global use.

Once that’s sorted, either:

  • Email us and we’ll send you a fresh payment link, or
  • Create a new order directly through the website.

It’s a quick fix — once your bank lifts the block, your payment will go straight through.
