Has my order shipped?
As soon as your order leaves HQ, you’ll get a dispatch email with your tracking number — that’s the quickest way to confirm it’s on the move. If it’s not in your inbox, give your Spam or Junk folder a quick check too.
You can also track it anytime with your order number and email using our Order Tracker. Don’t remember your order ID? Just log in to your account to find it.
Once you’ve got your tracking code, you can follow your parcel directly through your carrier:
- UK & first leg of international orders: Royal Mail / Evri tracking
- US deliveries: USPS or your local postal network
- Rest of world: check your national postal carrier
