My order hasn’t arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — deliveries can sometimes take a little longer depending on Royal Mail or courier delays.
We can only raise a claim with Royal Mail once 10 working days have passed since your parcel was accepted at the post office. It can still arrive any time within that window, so please allow the full period before contacting us.
If it’s been more than 10 working days and your order still hasn’t shown up, get in touch via the contact form and we’ll arrange a replacement or resend right away.
We track every shipment — if something goes missing, we’ll make it right.
