A Strain With Famous Parents

Gelonade is a strain which doesn’t try too hard to create anything new, it just does classic skunk better than almost anyone else. Born from the union of Gelato #41 and Lemon Skunk, it’s got some very impressive lineage to boast about. Gelato #41 is itself the offspring of Girl Scout Cookies, a world famous favourite for flavour and potency. Gelonade is Sativa leaning, but only just. With only a toe over the line just 60% to 40%, this is a very balanced strain with delectable effects to match. The THC levels sit around a comfortable 20%, making it potent, but not so strong that it becomes a burden. It walks a perfect line which suits just about everybody – perfect for sharing!

Growing very, very fast, it can be ready in as little as 49 days indoors, and at most 56. Speed like this is difficult to find, especially with such good results too. The final weeks of September are the outdoor harvest time, so it’s well matched to northerly grows and cooler climates. Both indoors and outdoors the yields are good: 550gr/m2 or 550gr per plant, respectively. To look at, it’s a spring green and tapers off to a point at its main cola. Just imagine a classic Sativa strain; it looks like that. It will top out at a medium height by the time it's fully grown. Equally suited to both indoor and outdoor grows, it’s a great choice for those who want versatility and reliability.

Rapid and Generous!

It’s got a fresh, almost tingly taste. Sherbet and bananas dominate, making for a surprisingly fruity smoke. Underpinning it all though is that rich, ripe lemon dankness which reminds you exactly what you’re smoking.
