We reserve the right to refuse service & refund payment to anyone, for any reason.
It doesn't happen often, but The Gorilla does reserve the right to take matters into his own big, hairy paws & cancel your order if he decides that's the best thing he could do for all concerned. That could mean that we think you may do something illegal with your cannabis seeds, that we will not be able to fulfill your order for reasons outside of our control, or you've just been a royal pain in the bum. Don't be a pain in the bum - it's not attractive.
If Big G does cancel your order after you've paid, you will receive a full refund delivered in the same manner you paid. Note that it may take up to 21 full business days to process the refund depending on how you paid.
